When I first felt God directing me to ministry as a vocation, I was not sure what that would look like. As a part time youth pastor at a church in Sugar Land, TX I had many opportunities to preach and teach to hundreds of students each week. Through these opportunities I began to realize that I had an inextinguishable fire in my soul to teach God’s truth in a way that people could connect with. I began to be asked to speak at different local events and from there began to be invited to youth camps and D-Nows all over the country.

I have had the privilege to partner with such ministries as Kelly Green Evangelistic Association and their summer program for students called Frontliners. I have also spoken at different YEC’s and youth camps. God has allowed me to preach on almost every continent in my time doing this. I am not really concerned about the size of the crowd or how “cool” the venue is. I just want to be faithful to do what Paul exhorted Timothy to do, “preach the word!” I love working with Youth Pastors and ministry leaders to develop the theme and curriculum for an event in an effort to maximize reaching the target audience.
